Announcement: Six Month Smiles Intake Centre in the UK!
Six Month Smiles is pleased to announce that starting today, all UK Providers can now ship their cases directly to our intake centre located in Chalgrove, UK. Upon arrival to the UK intake center a digital scan will be taken and sent to the Six Month Smiles lab in the USA for case fabrication. All fabrication of PTKs and retainers is still carried out by Six Month Smiles in the USA.

What do I need to do to send my impressions to the Six Month Smiles UK Intake Centre instead of Six Month Smiles in the USA?
- The short answer is nothing new. Submit your order online, through the Provider Resource Center (www.sixmonthsmiles.com/prc) just as you do today. On the confirmation screen, print the pre-paid Royal Mail shipping label and affix it to the box. Your impressions will be sent directly to the Six Month Smiles UK Intake Centre.
Are my cases and retainers now fabricated in the UK?
- No. The Six Month Smiles UK Intake Centre is only responsible for collecting your impressions, pouring and scanning them, for processing by Six Month Smiles in the USA. Collection and processing of your impressions locally will speed up the turnaround time. Note that if there are any issues with your impressions, you may receive a call from the Six Month Smiles UK Intake Center. Again, this increases the speed of response, as issues with impressions will be handled locally.
Is this going to affect my price?
- No, there is no change in the price you pay for your cases or retainers. Shipping will continue to be included in the cost of a cases (not included in the cost of a retainer).
Who should I call with questions about my case?
- The Six Month Smiles Customer Experience Team in the USA is still responsible for answering all questions you have related to your cases. The representatives at the Six Month Smiles UK Intake Centre can only address questions related to impressions receipt and quality.
