1. Cases in Progress - If you have a case in transit, do not worry as it was forwarded to our new address. 
2. Need Updated Shipping Labels? – contact the Customer Experience Team at CaseProcessing@SixMonthSmiles.com, with the doctor’s name, address, phone number and e-mail address and we will e-mail you additional shipping labels with the new address.

 

Please note: cases may be delayed 2-3 additional days if they were sent to the previous address.
